What we do
Kvanta explains UK money in plain English. Every weekday morning we send 3 to 5 stories in three minutes, and we build free tools around them: interview practice for finance applications, an Ask Kai guide, calculators and short guides.
Kvanta used to be called FinanceSimply. Everything is free to use.
How we work
Plain English. If a sentence needs a finance degree to read, we rewrite it.
Sources on everything. Stories link to where they came from, and figures come from official sources such as HMRC and gov.uk.
Information, not advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the FCA, so we explain how things work and never tell you what to do with your money.
Who is behind it
Kvanta is built by Akshay Menon, a student at the University of Southampton, who wanted this to exist.
