Kvanta Prep
Our approach to integrity
Practise to learn. Do not use AI tools, notes or another person in a live assessment unless the employer says you may. That is the whole rule, and this page explains the reasoning.
We built Kvanta Prep so you can walk into a real test or interview already familiar with the format, the timings and the way answers are judged. It is not a way to get through a test you have not prepared for, and nothing here helps with a live one.
What employers report seeing
The ISE Student Recruitment Survey 2025 found that the most commonly reported form of misconduct was candidates using AI during interviews without disclosure or permission, at 61%. Only 15% of employers said they had never suspected or identified cheating in assessments, down from 22% the year before, and 15% said they frequently encountered it, up from 7%.
The same survey found employers are still working out their position. Nearly half (45%) had given applicants no guidance on when AI use was appropriate, 30% had no approach to detecting misconduct, and 46% had no problem with AI at some stages of the process. So rules differ by employer and by stage.
What that means for you
- Read the instructions for each stage. They are the rule for that assessment, whatever a forum says.
- If the instructions are silent or unclear, ask the recruiter in writing before you start.
- If AI use is allowed at a stage, follow the conditions and disclose it if asked.
- Some test publishers verify unsupervised results with a short supervised re-test, so a score you could not reproduce can be exposed.
What Kvanta does
- All questions are original. We never copy real test items, and we do not accept or use leaked material.
- Feedback on your interview answers is built from your own words, with every rating tied to a quote you actually said.
- The camera-habits report tells you where you looked and for how long. It exists to train the habit of speaking to the camera rather than reading notes, and it is for you only.
- Using AI to prepare is fine: explaining a concept, quizzing yourself or drafting practice answers to react to. The line is the live assessment.
What Kvanta does not do
- We do not offer anything to use during a live test or interview, and we will not build it.
- We do not proctor or report on you. We do not know which employer's test you are taking.
- We do not predict, guarantee or claim to improve an employer's score.

Questions people ask
Is using AI to prepare cheating?
No. Using AI to explain ideas, quiz you or give feedback on practice answers is preparation. Using it during a live assessment, without permission, is the problem.
Can I use notes in a video interview?
Only if the instructions allow it. Many employers do not, and a sustained look away from the camera can be noticed by a human reviewer. Our camera-habits report helps you practise without notes.
What if an employer says AI is allowed?
Follow their conditions exactly and disclose use if they ask. Rules can differ stage to stage.
Will Kvanta tell an employer anything about me?
No. We do not know which employer's process you are in, and we do not share results with employers.
Does the camera report catch cheating?
No. It is practice feedback for you. It reports where you looked and for how long, never why.
Why does an unsupervised score sometimes get re-checked?
Some publishers re-test a short supervised version to confirm an unsupervised result. If your real ability is far below your unsupervised score, that shows.
