How Kvanta Roles works.

Where roles come from

• The firm's own page. We read each firm's public careers page or job board. We never log in anywhere, we follow each site's robots.txt, and we space our requests out.
• Every role links back to the firm. You apply on their site. We don't host applications.
• Checked all day. Pages are re-read every 15 to 30 minutes. A role disappears from here as soon as it disappears from the firm's page, and roles past their closing date are hidden.

Which firms are included

Boutique and niche UK employers in finance, consulting, law, accounting, actuarial and tech. We research each firm before adding it: that it exists, roughly how big it is, and how it hires. The household names are covered well elsewhere, so we leave them out.

Firm profiles state facts only, with their sources. Sizes are estimates. If something is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

Hiring pages vs open roles

An open role is a specific listing. A hiring page is a firm's graduate or internship page where we couldn't find one specific opening, which is common at small firms that hire on a rolling basis. Worth a look, or a speculative email.

Save roles and get alerts
