HSBC: application stages, tests and practice

HSBC lists a short online form, one or two online assessments of about 40 minutes each, then an online interview (insight and work experience) or an assessment centre of about three hours. Its candidate portal is powered by Cappfinity.

Routes: Insight and work experience programmes, internships and graduate programmes. HSBC's three-step guide differs at stage three: an online interview for insight and work experience, an assessment centre for other programmes. Last verified 2026-10-09.
